WEDDING CATERING FROM A JAMAICAN FOOD TRUCK
weddings
KEVIN COOKS AT YOUR VENUE AND YOUR GUESTS EAT IT HOT.
THE TRUCK AT YOUR VENUE
Jerk chicken off the charcoal grill, curry goat and oxtail, with two free sides on every plate. Kevin cooks at your venue and your guests eat it hot. If the venue has no room for a truck, we cook ahead and drop the food off ready to serve.
The truck is self contained, so there is nothing to plug it into. It is 23 feet long and it sets up on grass, dirt or gravel, so a lawn or a gravel lot is fine. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for setup.
Tell your venue coordinator we are coming and ask where they want the truck. If you are not sure it will fit there, send us a photo and check with us first.

YOU PICK THE MENU AHEAD OF TIME
You choose the dishes before the day, and the truck arrives with those. A wedding crowd agrees on nothing, so give them a range. Fried chicken and brown stew chicken have no heat. Jerk chicken does. Curry goat and oxtail are for the guests who know the food.
The full list is on the menu, and our heat guide ranks it from mild to hot. Tell us about allergies in your first message. It changes what we suggest.
DROP-OFF, IF THE TRUCK CANNOT GET IN
Some venues keep vehicles away from the reception. In that case we cook ahead and bring the food in disposable serving dishes, or covered foil pans for bigger orders, and you set it out. We put the two options side by side.

A BIG GUEST LIST
Our biggest job so far was a two day Juneteenth event, roughly 500 to 600 people. Send us your headcount with the date and we will plan the menu around it.

BOOK AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS OUT
Send your date, the venue, a rough guest count and the time you want food out. The fuller list is in what we need to quote your event, and our wedding reception guide covers timing and venue questions. We cater weddings across Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver. See all our catering.
