We bring the truck to your party or event, and you pick the dishes ahead of time. Send us your date, guest count and location, and we’ll send you a quote.

SIDES, WINGS AND SORREL
Pick two sides with any meal: cabbage, sweet fried plantains, mac and cheese, mac salad, white rice or rice and peas. Start with BBQ jerk wings or a beef patty. To drink, there’s homemade sorrel juice, Tropical Rhythm or a D&G soda.

Island Pullup opened in February 2026 and has been on the road since. You’ll find us in Colorado Springs most days.

The spice blend was spot on
I really enjoyed the oxtail and jerk chicken. Everything was flavorful and well cooked, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. I drove 30 minutes just to try this, and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you Kevin for the amazing service too.

Best Jamaican food in Colorado Springs
Oxtail, jerk chicken and curry chicken are always good. Same with the rice and peas and Mac and cheese.

This is true Jamaican cuisine
The oxtails were so tender and juicy. Cabbage was fire and Mac and cheese was flavorful. I am here for work from NC. I will be back when I return next week.
