Kevin Buchanan opened Island Pullup in February 2026. He owns it and he cooks it, using the recipes he grew up on. The truck works Colorado Springs most days and runs out to Pueblo and Denver.

Seven meals on the board, every one with two free sides. Jerk chicken, curry chicken, brown stew chicken, fried chicken, curry goat, oxtail and escovitch fish. For parties and events, we bring the truck and the whole menu to you.
